Ok, like I promised I'm gonna fill everyone in on a bit of the information behind the making of this project.
Four of us, and then 5 of us ended up working on this project, Michelle Heyes, Ryan Fox, Janelle Bruggeman, Steve Montesano, and myself.
On this particular project I was responsible for animation and lighting. Steve stepped up and helped out with some shots in the project towards the end, and he become our render wrangler! All by himself he took all the scene files and rendered them all on different computers in the animation lab while we were still finishing the project on the day of the presentation of it. Insane! That morning I found out just one more reason why we called him Pyscho Steve, and it's not the reason your mom call hims that!
SO the project was meant to be a full animated short, but of course our time ran out and we had to cut it down to just a one and a half minute trailer for a movie from the full 7 minute length it was originally. Which is sad, but Steve and I plan on doing some more work on it again once we get ourselves more involved with Maya. There are a lot of mistakes that I wish I could fix, especially the gimbal lock problem that occured with our blasted boy rig! So here's the video...any questions feel free to contact me.
